Growing project finance team in New York is seeking a transactional associate or senior associate to support renewables, energy transition, data center and other infrastructure financings. The role offers substantial exposure to both debt project financings and tax equity transactions, plus collaboration across energy and finance practices.

Successful candidates will work on complex, market-leading financings and related project documentation, receive formal training and client contact, and have early opportunities for business development. The firm provides a national compensation scale; base salary for this role starts at $310,000+.

J.D. and a minimum of 4 years' transactional experience (mid-level to senior associate).
Substantial project finance experience — debt financings and/or tax equity transactions.
Experience preparing, reviewing and negotiating credit agreements, intercreditor and collateral documents; and tax equity documentation (capital contribution agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, LLC agreements, tax credit purchase agreements).
Proven ability to review and conduct diligence on project agreements (JV, offtake, EPC, O&M).
