Property Coverage Attorney — Insurance Litigation

We are seeking a property insurance coverage litigation attorney to join a growing US regional practice. The role involves handling complex, high-exposure coverage matters across all phases of litigation and working within a collaborative team of experienced litigators.

Key responsibilities include managing litigation from inception through resolution, preparing pleadings and motions, conducting legal research and coverage analysis, attending depositions/hearings, and advising clients on coverage positions and strategy.

• Admitted to practice in California and in good standing
• Insurance coverage litigation experience preferred; experienced litigators from other areas who want to move into coverage considered
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
• Experience with trial preparation, depositions and motion practice; ability to manage deadlines and client communication
• Excellent organizational, time-management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
