We are seeking a transactional associate to join a busy public finance practice in Atlanta. The role supports municipal and specialty finance matters including tax-exempt bond financings, economic development incentive work and public‑private partnership transactions.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating loan and bond documents, managing deal workflows, coordinating with internal and external parties to keep transactions on schedule, and interfacing directly with clients and other deal participants.

1–3 years of transactional experience (public finance, real estate, financial services or corporate transactional background preferred)
Familiarity or strong interest in tax‑exempt bond finance, economic development incentives and P3 structures
Experience drafting and negotiating loan/bond documents and managing transaction workflows
Excellent academic credentials and strong written/verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively on client matters and assist senior lawyers with business development
