Real Estate Associate — Denver

Denver office seeking a junior real estate associate with substantive transactional experience to join a national real estate practice. The role offers hands-on responsibility, direct partner exposure, and work on sophisticated commercial real estate matters across a collaborative, cross-office platform.

Ideal candidates will have experience in real estate finance (lender and/or borrower-side), joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and other commercial real estate transactions; familiarity with land use and development is a plus. The team emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and early client responsibility.

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 2–3 years of relevant real estate transactional experience
• Experience in real estate finance, joint ventures, purchases & sales; land use/development a plus
• Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, and client-service skills
• Admission to the Colorado bar or ability to waive in
• Excellent academic credentials
