Mid-senior associate opportunity in a large international law firm's Miami real estate team, focused on commercial leasing and broader transactional work. The role offers substantive client contact and responsibility on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing and development matters handled on a national basis.

The position provides significant transactional exposure and mentoring from senior real estate practitioners, with opportunities to develop technical legal skills and client/business development capabilities. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Approximately 4 years' commercial real estate transactional experience (acquisitions, dispositions, debt/equity financings, leasing and development).
Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex real estate contracts and transaction documents.
Strong academic record, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a demanding transactional workload.
Prior experience at a regional or national law firm preferred.
Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission required.
