Real Estate Associate — Los Angeles

Seeking a junior associate to join a busy commercial real estate team in Los Angeles. The group handles a broad range of sophisticated real estate transactions, advising institutional equity investors and private real estate funds across the investment lifecycle, as well as complex lending matters.

This is a hands-on transactional role for a junior lawyer ready to contribute on acquisitions, dispositions, financings and related matters. The team offers structured training, high-volume deal exposure and opportunities for professional development within a national real estate platform.

• J.D. and bar admission or expected admission; class years 2025–2024 preferred
• Transactional commercial real estate experience preferred; exposure to acquisitions, dispositions and borrower-side financings is a plus
• Strong academic record, excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters, attention to detail and teamwork orientation
