Real Estate Associate, Miami

We are seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a busy Miami practice. The role is suited to a mid-level attorney (3–6 years' post-qualification experience) who will take meaningful responsibility on sophisticated real estate matters and work directly with clients.

Work will cover a range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing and secured financings. The team environment requires strong drafting and negotiating skills, comfort with client-facing work, and the ability to manage multifaceted deals.

• 3–6 years' PQE in commercial real estate transactions
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing and/or secured financings
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and to interact directly with clients
• Excellent academic record
