Real Estate Associate — New York

Mid-level transactional real estate role in a large international law firm’s New York office. The position focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, development matters and financings, with a balance of drafting and negotiation.

You'll join a collaborative team working on complex, market-facing transactions for institutional and corporate clients. The team values technical excellence, commercial judgment and a commitment to inclusive teamwork.

• 1–3 years' PQE / post-qualification transactional real estate experience
• Admission to the New York bar required
• Demonstrable experience on acquisitions/dispositions, JVs, development deals and/or financings
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; big-firm transactional exposure preferred
