Top-tier New York real estate team is seeking mid‑ to senior‑level associates to support a broad transactional practice. The group handles mortgage and mezzanine financing, joint‑venture equity matters, acquisitions and dispositions, and development projects.

Successful candidates will join a growing, collaborative practice that prioritizes mentorship, professional development and hands‑on deal work. Candidates with strong transactional experience outside of real estate will also be considered.

• Mid‑ to senior‑level associate with substantial transactional experience (real estate preferred)
• Experience in one or more of: mortgage/mezzanine financing (lender or borrower side), joint‑venture equity, acquisitions & dispositions, or development
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client‑service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and benefit from mentorship; appetite for professional growth
