Real Estate Associate — New York

A prominent and growing Real Estate practice is seeking mid-level and senior associates to join its New York team. The group handles a broad range of sophisticated transactional real estate work and offers meaningful responsibility, professional growth, and strong mentorship within a collegial culture.

Candidates with solid experience in mortgage and mezzanine debt (lender and/or borrower side), joint-venture equity, acquisitions and dispositions, and/or development are encouraged to apply. Strong transactional lawyers from non-real estate backgrounds who are interested in moving into this space will also be considered.

• Mid-level to senior associate experience in real estate transactional work
• Solid experience in one or more of: mortgage and mezzanine debt, joint-venture equity, acquisitions and dispositions, and/or development
• Strong candidates with other transactional backgrounds considered
• Commitment to professional growth and collaborative practice
