Growing real estate finance team in Orange County seeks a junior associate with hands-on experience in commercial real estate and finance matters. The role offers regular partner exposure, meaningful client contact, and work on financing transactions across asset classes including hotels & resorts, industrial, office and healthcare-related facilities.

Ideal candidates will join a collaborative, team-oriented practice and contribute to documentation, diligence and negotiation of construction and term loan facilities for national/regional banks, insurance debt funds and private lenders.

1-2 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate finance or related finance practice
Experience documenting construction and term loan facilities and conducting related due diligence
Work with or for lenders (national/regional banks, insurance debt funds, private equity lenders) preferred
Strong academic background, excellent legal writing and organizational skills
Collaborative team player comfortable working one-on-one with partners and engaging with clients
