Real Estate Associate — Philadelphia

Leading national real estate practice in Philadelphia seeks a commercial real estate associate with experience across acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures and development matters. The role offers significant transactional responsibility on sophisticated matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, superior drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage and drive transactions from start to finish. Large‑firm transactional experience is preferred.

• 3–8 years post-qualification experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Experience with acquisitions & dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures or development transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills and ability to take on significant project responsibility
• Detail-oriented, proactive, team-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
