A leading real estate practice group is seeking associates with 2–5 years of experience to join its team in Reston. The role involves working on a broad range of real estate transactions for sophisticated clients.

Ideal candidates will have experience with data center deals, including leasing, colocation agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, and related diligence. Candidates should also be comfortable reviewing title, and documenting, negotiating, and closing real estate secured loans, leases, acquisitions, and dispositions.

2–5 years of real estate experience at a comparable law firm
Experience with data center deals (leasing, colocation, acquisitions, dispositions, diligence) preferred
Experience reviewing title and closing real estate secured loans, leases, and acquisitions/dispositions
JD or equivalent from a nationally recognized law school with demonstrated high academic achievement
Superior writing skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
