Growing real estate team seeking a 2nd–5th year associate to handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters from the firm s Reston office. The role focuses on transactional work for sophisticated clients, with a particular emphasis on data center matters.

Typical work will include negotiating and documenting leases and colocation agreements, handling acquisitions and dispositions, conducting diligence and title review, and documenting and closing real-estate-secured loans. The team offers comprehensive benefits and supportive parental leave.

2–5 years post-qualification experience at a comparable law firm in commercial real estate transactions
Experience with data center transactions (leasing, colocation agreements, acquisitions/dispositions, diligence)
Proven experience reviewing title and documenting, negotiating and closing secured real estate loans, leases, acquisitions and dispositions
JD (or equivalent) and demonstrated strong academic credentials
Superior writing, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
