Real Estate Associate - San Diego

Growing San Diego office of a major global law firm is seeking a transactional Real Estate Associate with experience across commercial real estate matters. The role offers substantive client work, mentoring from senior attorneys, and exposure to a variety of industry clients.

The successful candidate will join a busy practice handling acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint venture matters. The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

• 3–4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience (acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures)
• Experience at a regional or national law firm preferred
• Strong writing, organizational and interpersonal skills; able to manage a demanding, fast-paced workload
• California bar admission required
• Strong academic credentials and attention to detail
