A Real Estate Capital Markets team in Atlanta is hiring a mid- to senior-level associate to work on commercial real estate financing and related transactional matters. The role focuses on lender-side financing, origination of mortgage loans and other structured debt, and workouts of distressed commercial real estate loans.

The team also handles related real estate transactions including purchases and sales of commercial property. The group offers a collaborative environment with substantive platform resources and clear opportunities for professional development and client-side exposure.

Mid- to senior-level associate with demonstrated experience in commercial real estate finance and capital markets.
Experience representing lenders in loan origination, structured debt and mortgage-backed financing; experience with workouts of distressed CRE loans preferred.
Transactional real estate experience including purchases and sales of commercial property.
Strong academic credentials; prior experience at a large regional, national, or international law firm preferred.
J.D. and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
