Growing Real Estate Capital Markets team seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to support commercial real estate financing and related transactional work. The role focuses on lender-side representation in mortgage loan originations, structured real estate debt, loan workouts and distressed loan matters, and transactional work related to purchases and sales of commercial property.

The team works across regional and national clients and offers a collaborative, collegiate environment with a large platform for professional development and advancement. Strong drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills are important for success in this role.

Prior experience in commercial real estate finance and lender-side representation (originations, structured debt, MBS experience a plus)
Experience handling workouts or distressed CRE loan matters and transactional matters (purchases/sales)
