A national law firm is seeking an experienced real estate disputes lawyer to join its thriving property litigation team. The group is well known for its work across the real estate sector, with a particular emphasis on landlord and tenant litigation, and acts for investors, developers, retailers and corporate occupiers managing national property portfolios.

The role offers a varied caseload spanning all aspects of real estate disputes. You will manage your own matters with support from senior colleagues, supervise more junior team members and assist on complex cases. You will also collaborate with a national restructuring and insolvency team, acting for receivers and high street and private banks on insolvency-related property litigation and high value mortgage disputes.

Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' PQE
Demonstrable technical experience in property litigation, including commercial and residential disputes
Ability to manage a caseload with strong attention to detail and a seamless client service
Highly organised, pragmatic and technically excellent
Collaborative team player with enthusiasm for business development and supporting the growth of a busy team
