Top-tier national law firm seeking a Real Estate (Equity) Associate to join its Chicago office. The role focuses on substantive commercial real estate equity matters across joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and financings.

The team acts for sophisticated market participants on borrower-side debt matters and complex equity transactions. This is an opportunity to work on high-value, market-leading matters with a collaborative transactional practice.

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions (equity and related financing).
• Demonstrated borrower-side debt experience and exposure to joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and financings.
• Prior experience at a top-tier law firm or comparable transactional practice.
• Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and deal-management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on complex matters.
