Real Estate Finance Associate — Miami

Growing real estate finance team in Miami is seeking a mid‑level associate to work on sophisticated commercial real estate debt transactions. The role focuses on mortgage and mezzanine financings, preferred equity, construction loans, loan participations and syndications, and related intercreditor arrangements.

• J.D. and active admission to a U.S. bar (or pending admission)
• 3–7 years' substantive experience in commercial real estate finance at a top law firm or comparable practice
• Demonstrated experience with mezzanine financings, mortgage loans, construction financing, loan sales/participations and intercreditor/co‑lender documentation
• Strong drafting, deal management and client communication skills
