Real Estate Finance Associate - Seattle

Our client, a highly regarded US law firm, is seeking an experienced real estate finance associate to join its Seattle office. The role involves representing lenders and borrowers in complex commercial real estate financing transactions, including mortgage-backed securities and other structured lending products.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of real estate finance matters, including acquisition financing, refinancings, and securitized lending. The position offers significant client contact and the chance to work in a collaborative team environment.

• 5–8 years of experience in real estate finance
• Experience with commercial real estate lending, mortgage-backed securities, and structured finance
• Admission to the Washington State Bar (or ability to obtain admission)
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and communication skills
