Real Estate Finance Associate — Seattle

Growing real estate finance team seeking a mid-level Associate to join the Seattle office. The role focuses on commercial real estate lending and related securities work, supporting financing transactions from negotiation through closing.

The team advises lenders, sponsors and servicers on loan documentation, mortgage-backed securities matters and workout/foreclosure issues. The position offers substantive deal exposure and collaboration across national finance and real estate practice groups.

• 5-8 years' PQE in real estate finance, commercial lending or mortgage-backed securities work
• Experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, security instruments and related transaction documents
• Comfortable managing deal process and coordinating with lenders, borrowers, servicers and other counsel
• Strong academic record, excellent drafting and communication skills, and a collaborative approach to client service
