The role involves transactional tax work, structuring and maximizing federal and state tax incentives, coordinating diligence on project and real property documents, and supporting deals from development through construction and financing. The team works on matters nationwide and partners across practices to deliver practical, business‑minded solutions.

- JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission or eligibility to become licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience in tax law, ideally with exposure to renewable energy tax credits, tax equity or regulatory incentives.
- Transactional experience (structuring, diligence, documentation) and comfort working across cross‑functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a practical, client‑focused approach.
