Senior associate position within a large residential development team specialising in land acquisition and delivery for housebuilders, promoters and institutional landowners across England and Wales. The role involves advising on complex, large-scale land purchases, disposals of serviced parcels, collaboration agreements, funding arrangements, strategic options and urban regeneration projects.

You will work alongside multi‑disciplinary specialists (planning, construction and litigation) and a large plot/acquisition team to focus on land acquisition and development work. The role offers clear development and progression support, with formal training and long‑term career development opportunities.

Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' post‑qualification experience in development or commercial real estate
Proven experience on land acquisition, conditional contracts, options and development/collaboration agreements
Experience acting for or advising housebuilders, promoters or institutional landowners preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills; able to work with planning, construction and litigation specialists on large mixed‑use/residential schemes
