Senior transactional role within a growing Financial Restructuring & Special Situations practice based in London. The role offers exposure to complex, fast-moving mandates across debt restructurings, liquidity and working‑capital solutions, liability management, alternative funding and distressed investments.

You will take real responsibility on mandates, working closely with senior lawyers across restructuring, corporate and banking teams and with a recently launched capital solutions group. The team handles a broad spectrum of solvent and insolvent scenarios, distressed M&A, debt trading and operational turnaround work.

This is a strong opportunity for a 2–6 PQE lawyer seeking early responsibility, multidisciplinary exposure and a supportive, development-focused environment to deepen a restructuring and special situations practice.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–6 years PQE.
Experience in restructuring, insolvency, banking & finance, special situations or a closely related transactional practice.
Exposure to distressed or stressed scenarios, or a clear desire to build into that area.
Commercial judgement, confidence to work directly with clients and strong stakeholder-management skills.
Comfortable collaborating across disciplines and offices; London experience advantageous but not essential.
