We are seeking a qualified solicitor to join a busy non-contentious Restructuring & Insolvency team in London. The role will sit on a team advising a range of stakeholders — including lenders, creditors and insolvency practitioners — on debt restructurings, distressed finance and insolvency processes.

The successful candidate will work on administrations, liquidations, pre-pack solutions, security review and enforcement, and related distressed banking matters. There is strong exposure to refinancing and enforcement strategy, with opportunities to develop both technical expertise and client-facing experience.

The team offers structured training, ongoing technical development and client-facing opportunities with scope to build a long-term restructuring practice and contribute to business development in the market.

Qualified solicitor with demonstrable restructuring & insolvency experience.
Experience acting for lenders, creditors and/or insolvency practitioners on administrations, liquidations, pre-packs and related non-contentious insolvency matters.
Strong technical knowledge of insolvency processes, security and recovery/remedial measures; familiarity with distressed banking documentation (standstills, waivers, defaults) advantageous.
Client-facing experience and commitment to business development within the restructuring and insolvency market.
