Join a market-leading restructuring and insolvency team in London advising banks, specialist investors and major corporates on high‑impact, commercially sensitive matters. This role offers exposure to debt refinancings, restructurings, distressed M&A and cross‑border insolvency work.

You will work on time‑critical strategic mandates including administrations, CVAs and restructuring plans, drafting and negotiating restructuring, security and finance documentation and providing pragmatic, solutions‑focused advice to clients and stakeholders.

Qualified solicitor with 3–6 years' PQE in restructuring, insolvency or restructuring‑led finance work
Experience on debt refinancings, restructurings, distressed M&A or insolvency proceedings (administrations, CVAs, restructuring plans)
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for restructuring, security and finance documentation
Commercial judgment, ability to manage time‑critical matters and work collaboratively across teams
