Restructuring & Insolvency Associate — Dallas

Mid-level associate role in a national restructuring and insolvency practice based in Dallas. The team handles corporate and commercial restructurings and loan workouts, including chapter 11 cases, bankruptcy litigation, lender remedies in state and federal courts, and distressed-transaction documentation.

Successful candidates will manage multiple matters, work on both litigation and transactional aspects of insolvency work, and collaborate closely with deal teams. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to take primary responsibility for client-facing tasks and court proceedings.

• 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in restructuring, insolvency or bankruptcy matters
• Experience with chapter 11 cases, bankruptcy litigation and lender workouts
• Transactional drafting experience (loan and security documents in distressed situations)
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively as part of a team
