Securitization / Structured Finance Associate — Washington, DC

Capital markets team in a major US law firm is seeking a mid‑ to senior‑level associate to join its Washington, DC office focused on securitization and structured finance matters. The role will work on transactions across securitization, structured products and related corporate or real estate finance matters.

Strong candidates will have substantial law firm experience, excellent academic credentials, and demonstrated transactional drafting and deal execution skills. Experience on CLO, CMBS, repo or asset‑backed lending matters is beneficial but not required.

• Minimum of 3 years' substantive experience in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate or real estate finance.
• Demonstrable law firm transactional experience and strong drafting skills.
• Excellent academic record.
• Experience with CLOs, CMBS, repo or ABL transactions is a plus.
