Senior associate role within a global law firm's managed legal services team, working virtually as a day‑to‑day commercial lawyer for a range of corporate clients. You'll operate as a virtual in‑house lawyer delivering drafting, negotiation and advisory support across commercial contracts, technology and outsourcing arrangements, supported by a multidisciplinary team and legal technology tools.

The role involves client‑facing work for large corporate clients, contributing to process improvement and efficient legal delivery, and providing supervision and guidance to more junior fee‑earners. The team combines lawyers, paralegals, operations and technology specialists to deliver outsourced legal solutions.

Qualified solicitor admitted in England & Wales with ~5 years PQE.
Proven commercial contracts experience (private practice or in‑house): drafting, review and negotiation of outsourcing, technology, supply and service agreements, NDAs and standard T&Cs.
Strong commercial judgement, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
Comfortable supervising junior lawyers/paralegals and working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency with legal technology and an interest in process improvement and alternative legal service delivery models.
