The postholder will manage a varied caseload including asset management, development, acquisitions and disposals, act as a primary client contact, and have responsibility for delivering commercially focused advice in complex and sensitive matters. There are clear opportunities to take on client responsibility, support business development and contribute to local and national team growth.

Solicitor with 5–10 years' PQE in commercial real estate
Strong academic background (minimum 2:1) and technical real estate skills
Practical experience of leasing, asset management and property transactions
Interest in the healthcare sector and experience advising public or healthcare organisations preferred
Ability to manage a busy caseload, work autonomously and develop client relationships
Strong analytical, drafting and commercial advisory skills; interest in business development
