Senior Associate opportunity within a leading international incentives team advising on remuneration, share‑based and cash incentive arrangements for corporate and financial clients. The role covers design, drafting and implementation of all‑employee and discretionary plans, cross‑border incentive structures, remuneration governance and the incentives aspects of corporate transactions.

The team provides coordinated advice across tax, employment, pensions and regulatory issues, working closely with corporate, finance and disputes teams on advisory and transactional matters. The role offers exposure to complex, multi‑jurisdictional mandates for a diverse client base including corporates, private capital sponsors and financial institutions.

Senior Associate / post‑qualification level with demonstrable experience in incentives/share plans (law firm, accountancy, consultancy or in‑house).
Strong technical knowledge of incentive plan design, tax and remuneration regulation, and experience on both advisory and transactional work.
Excellent drafting, commercial judgment and ability to manage cross‑border projects and client relationships.
Team player with strong communication skills and a desire to contribute to a market‑leading practice.
