Senior associate role in a national finance practice, joining a team that handles sponsor-backed acquisition financings and private credit work. The role focuses on complex leveraged and unitranche financings, syndicated facilities, mezzanine and subordinated capital, and liability-management and refinancing transactions.

You'll work directly with lenders, private credit funds, BDCs and non-bank lenders, take ownership of transactions from negotiation through closing, and collaborate with colleagues across offices on cross-border and multi-currency matters. The team operates in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with a high level of transaction responsibility.

5–7 years' private credit / leveraged finance experience (transactional focus)
Proven work on sponsor-backed acquisition financings, syndicated and unitranche facilities, and mezzanine/subordinated structures
Experience with intercreditor, subordination and liability-management mechanics (amendments, exchanges, recapitalizations)
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills; able to lead closings
J.D. and active bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction
