Join a market-leading Banking & Finance practice in Leeds as a Senior or Principal Associate focusing on leveraged finance, corporate financings, sponsor-led transactions and growth lending/venture debt. The role offers varied transactional work across the full lifecycle, including drafting and negotiating facilities and security documents, intercreditor arrangements and in-life portfolio work such as restructures and restatements.

You will be part of a national banking team that acts for lenders, borrowers and investors on bilateral and syndicated matters, with regular cross-office and international work. This is a visible role with opportunities to assume matter responsibility, contribute to local practice growth and participate in business development initiatives.

Minimum 6 years PQE with strong leveraged finance and cashflow/general banking experience
Proven experience drafting and negotiating facilities agreements and security documents (LMA and non-LMA forms)
Experience with intercreditor arrangements and lender/borrower negotiations across the transaction lifecycle
Comfortable taking matter responsibility and contributing to client development
