A specialist employment lawyer role within a large international practice. You will join a busy Employment team that advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters, with regular Employment Tribunal litigation, multi-jurisdictional projects and strategic board-level work for national and international clients.

The role focuses on defending employment tribunal claims, including advocacy, high‑profile/complex discrimination, whistleblowing and equal pay matters, and supporting corporate‑linked work such as reorganisations, outsourcing and M&A-related employment issues. You will work closely with senior lawyers across the UK and internationally and may supervise junior fee-earners.

The team serves clients across multiple sectors including health & life sciences, technology, retail, transport, financial services, education and utilities. The firm offers structured development, flexible working options and access to international resourcing to support complex matters.

Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
Proven Employment Tribunal experience, including advocacy and handling complex claims (discrimination, whistleblowing, equal pay).
Experience supervising junior lawyers and working in national or multi-office teams.
Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage heavy workloads to tight deadlines.
Training and presentation skills; confident using IT to deliver innovative client solutions.
