Join a well-established projects and energy practice in Jakarta as a Senior Associate focused on energy transition and large-scale infrastructure projects. You will work on cross-border and domestic matters across renewable energy, power, mining and related infrastructure, collaborating with local and international colleagues.

The role involves advising on project documentation, regulatory frameworks, project development and project finance matters, and supporting bid processes and commercial negotiations. The team acts for public and private sector clients on complex, high-value mandates across Southeast Asia.

Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in projects/energy or infrastructure matters, ideally gained at leading Indonesian or international firms.
Qualified to practise in Indonesia; additional foreign qualification or LLM is a plus.
Strong technical knowledge of project agreements, project finance, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia; client-facing skills and ability to work across multicultural teams.
