Experienced real estate lawyer sought to join a market-leading core real estate team in Edinburgh. The role involves working on high-quality property transactions for a diverse client base including institutional investors, developers and corporate occupiers.

You will manage transactions from instruction to completion, draft and negotiate contracts and leases, lead local client service teams on matters and supervise and mentor junior colleagues. The team provides Scottish real estate advice across acquisitions, disposals, development projects, asset management and transactional support to wider corporate and finance work.

Qualified solicitor in Scotland.
Approximately 5-8 years' post-qualification experience in real estate law (PQE 5-8).
Proven experience across acquisitions, disposals, lettings and asset management.
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers; able to lead small teams.
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial awareness; able to manage multiple matters to deadline.
