Apply in confidence →Join a Munich-based Real Estate & Property team within a large international law firm. The role focuses on complex transactional and project work across real estate, construction and planning matters, with regular collaboration across international offices.
You will lead and support real estate transactions and project developments, perform due diligence (including planning and building-regulation issues), draft and negotiate purchase agreements and construction/architect agreements, advise on asset-management and commercial leasing matters, and support M&A matters with real estate elements.

- Qualified German lawyer (Volljurist/in) with above-average exam results
- Ideally 5+ years' post-qualification experience in real estate law
- Proven experience with real estate transactions, DD, drafting and negotiating sale, construction and lease documentation
- Fluent English (written and spoken) and ability to work in an international environment
