Senior Real Estate Associate / Special Counsel

The position focuses on "dirt" commercial real estate work, with a strong emphasis on acquisitions and dispositions as well as borrower-side financings. The team handles complex, high-value real estate transactions for a sophisticated client base.

• At least six years of law firm experience
• Significant "dirt" commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions and dispositions
