The role involves close interaction with clients and responsibility for drafting and reviewing disclosure in offering materials. Familiarity with loan-level due diligence is preferred but not required.
This is a non-partnership-track opportunity offering significant substantive work in securitization and mortgage-backed securities, with compensation commensurate with experience.
- 4+ years of relevant real estate finance experience
- Experience with commercial mortgage securitization and disclosure drafting
- Familiarity with loan-level due diligence preferred
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in a U.S. state bar
- Resume/CV required; cover letter and law school transcript encouraged
