Senior M&A Associate – Technology Companies

We are seeking highly qualified senior associates to join our Technology Companies M&A group in Santa Monica. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions for both early- and late-stage technology companies and leading venture capital investor clients.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in teams and managing components of transactions independently. You will be proactive, possess strong business sense, and be able to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

• Significant M&A experience, preferably with technology companies and venture capital investors
• Ability to manage components of transactions independently and work effectively in teams
• Proactive with strong business sense and relationship management skills
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
