Join a leading international project finance team advising on a full range of banking and project finance work across the MENA region. The role covers limited‑recourse project financings, Islamic finance structures, secured and unsecured bilateral and syndicated facilities, leveraged and acquisition finance, restructurings, loan transfers and related derivative and financing products.

You will work on high‑profile, cross‑border matters for lenders, arrangers, sponsors, borrowers and public sector bodies. The team offers formal local training plus access to global training programmes, and is known for a supportive, meritocratic and collaborative culture.

This is a hands‑on position that will expose you to complex Islamic and conventional finance transactions and provide opportunities to develop technical expertise and regional market experience.

Proven track record on project finance and banking transactions (conventional and/or Islamic finance).
Experience at a Magic Circle or other top‑tier international law firm is strongly preferred.
Excellent drafting, commercial judgement, analytical and communication skills; strong academic record.
Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills and experience advising on Saudi law aspects of cross‑border transactions are advantageous.
