Senior Trade Finance Associate — New York

Leading international finance team seeks a Senior Trade Finance Associate for its New York office. The role sits in a debt finance group advising on corporate and investment-grade lending, including syndicated, club and bilateral loans, revolving facilities, acquisition financings, bridge and pre-IPO facilities, export credit and other trade finance structures.

The position offers responsibility on cross-border financings and opportunities to work with lenders, borrowers and arrangers on complex, market-facing transactions within a collaborative, global practice.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school and strong academic record
• Admitted to (or eligible to waive into) the New York Bar
• Prior experience at a peer law firm in trade finance or debt finance (syndicated and bilateral lending)
