Solicitor — Asbestos & Occupational Disease (Personal Injury Litigation)

Join a well-established UK personal injury practice supporting clients affected by asbestos and other occupational respiratory diseases. This role sits within a specialist disease team handling a varied, high-quality caseload including mesothelioma, asbestos-related lung disease and other workplace respiratory conditions.

The post offers ownership of your own litigated matters alongside support on higher-value and complex cases. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across nearby offices and provide direct, empathetic advice to clients and their families at difficult moments.

• 1–5 years' PQE in personal injury/occupational disease litigation
• Practical experience with asbestos-related or workplace respiratory disease claims
• Proven ability to manage your own litigated caseload and assist on complex matters
• Strong legal research, drafting and client-facing communication skills
• Empathy, integrity and an appetite for business development and building referral relationships
