Solicitor/Associate — Clinical Risk (Bristol)

Join a large, specialist clinical risk team handling a varied caseload of defendant clinical negligence and healthcare-related liability matters. The team acts for a mix of public and private healthcare organisations, medical defence bodies and insurers.

This role offers an opportunity to work on technically demanding files, run your own caseload, engage directly with clients, and contribute to training, knowledge-sharing and business development activities within a recognised specialist practice.

• Qualified solicitor/associate with experience in clinical negligence (defendant or claimant) or defendant personal injury work.
• Experience acting on panels or for public healthcare clients desirable.
• Strong technical legal skills, organised case management and ability to handle multiple files through an IT case management system.
• Commercial, client-focused approach and a willingness to mentor and supervise more junior colleagues.
