We are seeking a 0–4 year PQE Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer to join our Property Recoveries team on a permanent basis. This is a claimant-focused role, handling property damage insurance recovery claims arising from perils such as fire, flood, impact, and escape of water.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated property recovery claims, typically valued between £10,000 and £100,000, with opportunities to progress to higher-value and more complex recoveries as experience develops. This is an expanding and successful team, offering excellent opportunities for career progression and development.

Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer with litigation rights, or substantial pre-qualification experience.
Interest in developing expertise in insurance property damage recoveries and underlying principles of contract and tort law.
Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients, intermediaries and colleagues.
Ability to analyse factual evidence, identify key legal issues and apply sound legal reasoning.
