Solicitor, Corporate (Energy & Resources) — Perth

An established international law firm is seeking a solicitor to join its Corporate Energy & Resources team in Perth. The role offers exposure to private M&A, joint ventures, operating and royalty agreements, and development projects across mining and critical‑minerals workstreams.

You will work on cross‑border transactions and first‑in‑market deals supporting clients involved in the energy transition, with strong on‑the‑job learning and mentoring from senior practitioners.

• Demonstrable experience in a leading M&A practice (private M&A, joint ventures and related commercial agreements)
• Admission to practice in Australia or New Zealand
• Strong academic record, attention to detail and ability to handle complex legal issues
• Proactive team player with a desire to learn; interest in AI and emerging technologies an advantage
