Solicitor — Medical Negligence, Birmingham

Join a nationally recognised UK law firm’s Medical Negligence team based in Birmingham. This role sits in a client-facing claimant practice handling a broad range of clinical negligence matters, including litigated claims and complex/high-value files.

You will manage your own caseload, assist on more complex matters, and deliver clear, compassionate advice to vulnerable clients. The team values collaborative working, technical excellence and practical client support.

• 2–5 years PQE in clinical/medical negligence (claimant side)
• Proven experience running your own caseload, including litigated matters
• Experience supporting seniors on higher-value or complex claims
• Strong client-facing skills, empathy and the ability to work independently and in teams
