Structured Finance Associate — Structured Finance

Mid-level to senior associate role in a national structured finance/securitization team. The team handles asset-backed securities and related structured financings, including warehouse facilities and SPV financing.

Hiring is flexible across multiple U.S. offices (examples cited include Charlotte, Chicago and New York) and the team is collaborative; candidates may be considered for other U.S. locations. The role is eligible for the firm’s annual bonus program and standard benefits.

• 4–8 years of relevant law firm experience in structured finance/securitization
• Demonstrable experience with asset-backed securities, warehouse financing and other structured finance transactions
• Experience with residential mortgage or other consumer-assets preferred
• Strong law school academic credentials and sophisticated transaction experience
