Our New York office seeks a Finance associate with 4–6 years of experience to join our structured finance practice.

The role will focus on advising clients on repurchase and warehouse facilities, syndicated lines of credit, securitizations, and other secured finance transactions. You will draft, review, and negotiate complex structured financing and securitization documentation, including repurchase agreements, credit agreements, pooling and servicing agreements, private placement memoranda, indentures, offering materials, and intercreditor arrangements.

A strong understanding of financing structures supporting mortgage and asset-backed platforms, as well as related servicing and collateral issues, is strongly preferred. We seek candidates with excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills.

4–6 years of experience in structured finance and secured finance transactions
Experience with repurchase and warehouse facilities, syndicated credit facilities, and securitizations
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex financing documentation
In-depth understanding of mortgage and asset-backed financing structures, servicing, and collateral issues preferred
Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills
