Structured Finance Associate — Securitization

A Finance practice group is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to support a structured finance securitization team. The successful candidate will work on asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance matters, including warehouse financing.

The role is open in Charlotte, Chicago, or New York, though the team is collaborative and open to candidates based in other U.S. offices. Candidates should bring strong law school academic credentials together with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transactional experience.

• 4 to 8 years of experience (class of 2018–2022)
• Solid experience with asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance transactions, such as warehouse financing
