Highly regarded US structured finance team is seeking a mid‑to‑senior associate to support securitization and asset‑backed securities work. The role focuses on ABS transactions, warehouse financing and related structured finance matters.

Ideal candidates will have strong transactional experience, excellent academic credentials and the ability to work collaboratively across a national practice. The team is hiring for Charlotte, Chicago or New York but will consider candidates based elsewhere in the US.

4–8 years' experience in structured finance, securitization or ABS transactions
Demonstrable experience with warehouse financing and related structured financings; residential mortgage/consumer assets experience strongly preferred
Proven transactional drafting and deal execution skills; ability to manage complex matters
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication; team‑oriented and client‑focused
