A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join its structured finance and securitization practice. The role supports a collaborative, cross-office team handling asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance matters, including warehouse financing facilities.

The position offers flexibility across several U.S. offices, with a primary preference for the firm's Charlotte, Chicago, or New York locations. Because the team works closely across offices, strong candidates based in other U.S. offices will also be considered.

This is an opportunity to take on substantive responsibility in a high-volume structured finance practice while working alongside experienced practitioners in a collegial environment.

4 to 8 years of experience in structured finance and securitization
Solid experience with asset-backed securities transactions and related structured finance work
Experience with warehouse financing facilities preferred
Strong academic credentials and sophisticated law firm transactional experience
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
